In-person classes
"Floral Mosaic For Beginners"
Next Class: November 16 & 17, 2024
(Castle Rock, CO)
"What base to use?", "Which grout is the best?", "What is andamento?", "How to cut tiles?", "What is the proper glue?"....

During the class you will get answers to all those questions and leave with a finished mosaic project that would make you proud!
Join me for a two-day mosaic workshop where you'll create a beautiful floral mosaic—perfect for home decor or as a gift! In this class, we'll work exclusively with ceramic and porcelain tiles.

You'll learn the essentials of mosaic art, from using nippers and breaking tiles to creating andamento, grouting, and cleaning your finished piece.

As your instructor, I'll guide you through each step, sharing tips and techniques I've gathered over my 10 years of experience in this inspiring craft.

The workshop will span two days:

-
Day 1: We'll focus on design and layout (4 hours).
-
Day 2: We'll grout and finish the mosaic—a key step in many mosaic projects (2 hours).

"I really love that you had the slide show with all of the information you presented. Especially the historical background… you definitely can see your love and appreciation of the art, it’s not just a “project class”.

Nataly was available to help individually, yet kept the group moving forward and dealt with each person’s obstacles with grace."
